Description

Cold - water soluble, skim milk product manufactured from fresh skim milk and milk / dairy permeate solids. This product is low temperature processed to minimize the heat denaturation of the milk {whey} proteins; hence, delivering a clean, milk - flavoured product with beneficial nutritional and functional attributes. Spray - dried, designed and processed to deliver a select set of organoleptic characteristics ideally suited for the manufacture of caramel and toffee products. Given that each caramel and toffee product has its own unique eating characteristics, it is designed to produce a confectionary product with well rounded but subtle dairy notes. In addition, this product helps to promote flavour notes that make confectionary products so alluring.
